I’ve had a packet of Maca powder sitting in my kitchen for 2 weeks now.
Maca is a root vegetable from Peru and dried and ground to a powder is a big hit amongst raw foodists. Loaded with vitamins, minerals, enzymes and all the essential amino acids it is obviously very good for you. I’ve been reading countless testimonials about how it changes your life and makes you feel full of energy and vitality.
So why is it still siting on my kitchen shelf, hardly touched?
Well, clearly anything that good for you can’t taste nice too. That would be pushing it. This wonder powder is said to have an earthy taste, well it does. It tastes just like soil.
But then, that’s not the point of Maca powder is it? And it’s not the point of Beauty Guerrillas. So, I’m vowing for you, dear reader, to start taking my Maca everyday from now on so I can give you a full report on my findings.
